How much does it cost to clean a stone?
A one-time service starts at ₪650 (single stone). The final price depends on the service tier and stone type (single/double).
How long does the service take?
Most services are completed within 14–20 business days, depending on weather and access to the site.
Can you restore lettering that's almost faded?
In most cases yes, by repainting or with lead letters. In severe cases the plate can be replaced.
What's the difference between cleaning and restoration?
Cleaning removes dirt, moss and limescale. Restoration also includes crack repair, seam sealing and lettering renewal.
Does cleaning damage the stone?
No. We match products to the stone type and never use harsh abrasion or scratching acids.
Do you work at every site in Israel?
Yes, we cover the whole country, from Nahariya to Eilat.
How do I receive the photo report?
After every service we send a 'before/after' report by email or WhatsApp.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
If the work isn't approved, we'll fix it or refund.
Do we have to be present during the work?
No. We carry out the work even without your presence: locating the plot, taking before/after photos, and sending you a full report by WhatsApp or email.
When do we pay for the service?
You pay only after receiving the final photos and confirming the work was done to your full satisfaction.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Under an annual subscription, full warranty applies for the whole subscription period. One-time service is not covered by a warranty once the work is completed.
